Week Two of CDL Has Been Postponed

The Call of Duty League started almost a week ago and the opening week matches have come to an end. We have seen great performances and the level of competition was as high as ever. As we started waiting for the second week, Call of Duty officials made an announcement about the postponement of the second week due to winter storms across the country.

The second week of the league was supposed to start on February 18. According to CDL’s announcement, the revised schedule will be shared on 12 PM PT/ 3 PM ET.

Call of Duty League had a wild opening week. The Atlanta FaZe and Los Angeles Thieves managed to win both of their matches and started the season with two wins. FaZe’s win against OpTic Chicago was the best match of the week by far.

The CDL was set to be online due to COVID-19, but it seems like weather conditions tied Activision and MLG’s hands. Fans were not happy with the decision, but both companies have to think about every little detail for a smooth livestream and fair gameplay.

We have to wait for the second week matches until further notice. Until then, we strongly suggest you to watch the Atlanta FaZe-OpTic Chicago match if you haven’t.
