This Week in Gaming Foolery: December 22-28

One thing we can all (hopefully) agree on is that the internet is always good for some frequent laughs. In this newly-formed series titled “This Week in Gaming Foolery,” we take a look at some random esports and gaming-related shenanigans, memes, clips, and other funny moments across social media from the previous week.

Without further ado, let’s take a look at some of this past week’s LOLs from an always-active and humorous gaming community.

Santa poppin’ off with the sticks on the strength of some cookies and G FUEL, while putting FaZe Dirty on the naughty list. If you’re reading this, I hope your Christmas was a good one. Happy holidays!

If you’ve heard it once, you’ve heard it many more times—the future of gaming is here. But I’m not talking about the Xbox Series or the PlayStation 5.

Introducing the newest combatant in the console wars: the KFConsole. Christmas week of 2020 brought some unexpected gaming news from fast food chain KFC of all sources, as they revealed a gaming console with a built-in chicken warmer. No joke.

The console is powered by Intel and “features the world’s first built in chicken chamber, which is kitted out to keep its contents hot, ready for consumption during intense gaming sessions,” according to a statement from KFC.

Best believe social media had a field day with this one…

Yo, who comes up with this stuff??! 😂

{all jokes aside, I might have to cop the KFConsole lowkey}

Straight up lol. Easy dubs and experience points for the win.

Does this boss not have any more moves lmao??!

Should have capped the kid Soulja

Facts. Been there done that…

“I got sniped.” 😆 Some clownery from one of FaZe Clan’s founding fathers, FaZe Temperrr.

This has been your weekly reminder that the gaming verse is fundamentally fun, extravagantly entertaining, and full of foolery.
