Let the world know who you are in up to five minutes of story and passion.
The time is near. Later today, we will find out who among the top 100 will move on to stage 3 of the FaZe 5 Recruitment Challenge. Over the course of another two-week grind, each of these prospects has put their talents, creativity, and passion to use to complete the challenges given to them by FaZe.
You will hear from four of these people here– not only hear them, but get a feel for their personalities, spirits, and ambitions.
These are The Voices of FaZe 5: Part 8.
Thome | 18 Year Old Brazilian Fortnite Pro & Streamer | #FaZeThome
18-year-old Fortnite pro Thome established himself as an early standout in the FaZe 5 Recruitment Challenge with his thrilling submission video, which trended number one in his home country of Brazil and inspired 35,000 tweets with “#FaZeThome.” Having discovered his passion for video games at an early age, the young pro has dedicated his life to gaming—and he’s all in. Thome chose to bet on himself, making a commitment to take risks without fear. With this dedicated mentality, he moved away from family in Canada—where he lived half of his life—and back home to Brazil to enjoy a bigger audience and pursue a career in streaming. With hard work, dedication, and passion hardwired into his DNA, Thome went from 10,000 subscribers to over 285,000 on Twitch in just over six months. He also went from an average viewership of 50 while streaming in Canadian English to now over 3,000 while streaming in Brazillian Portuguese. With an entire nation behind him, Thome looks to show the world what Brazil can do while inspiring people to chase their dreams.
Some of his other ambitions in life include visiting every country before reaching 40 years old, raising a happy family and giving them a good life, and reaching 1 million subs on YouTube.
He doesn’t just make content. He is content.
When you think of the words passion, authenticity, and energy, you think of the world’s oldest Fortnite pro, actingliketommy. Wisconsin-born, LA-raised, there is no doubt that Tommy was born to do this. A spry 50 years old, ALT did not grow up with games such as Call of Duty, Fortnite, or Super Smash Bros., unlike 99% of those involved FaZe 5. This is only one of the many attributes of ALT that separates him from the rest of the competition. His uniqueness, edginess, and infectious energy have made him a must-see attraction, accumulating over 180,000 followers on Twitch in just one year. Additionally, the man is a seasoned vet when it comes to content creation, with 20 years of experience as a former 1 man indie rock band, award-winning commercial director, T.V. and movie actor, and even original series director on Amazon Prime. His limitless mentality and drive to entertain have earned Tommy a well-deserved spot in the top 100. His mission? To inspire people to truly put themselves out there, chase their passions, and grind with everything they have.
LET’S GO, BOSS! #Limitless
Among ALT’s biggest ambitions in life include being the best human being he can be, staying centered in compassion, and being the biggest 50+ gamer/content creator there ever was, entertaining the whole planet while doing it.
Machi | # 1 Fortnite Trickshotter, Streamer & Content Creator | #FaZeMachi
Machi is the best Fortnite trickshotter. No cap.
On a serious note, young Machi has made a name for himself as one of the most prolific trickshotters in the Fortnite community. He started out humble as an 11-year-old kid creating content for games such as Minecraft and FIFA. He’s consistently followed his passions for content creating, entertaining, and making people laugh ever since. Now, as a 17-year-old goated trickshotter, his saucy bangers of content have earned him over 66,000 followers on Twitch, 350,000 subscribers on YouTube, 39 million views, and a well-deserved spot in the top 100. Machi has been trickshotting for over two years now, taking inspiration from FaZe members and fellow Fortnite trickshotters Kaz, Mew, and Orba.
Random intermission just to say: feel free to use code “MACHIV2” in the item shop. Maybe cop some merch too.
Machi’s pledge to not take anything for granted and put 100 percent into everything he does are staples towards chasing his dreams and his ultimate goal of joining FaZe.

Sader | Australian Graphic Illustrator | #FaZeSader
Illustrator by choice, artist by heart. Everything sacred and beautiful about the very concept of art can be found within Sader’s designs—the limitless potential for creativity and self-expression, the connection to every human emotion, and the overall universally understood language that is art.
Sean P. Gooden, a.k.a Sader, is a 23-year-old self-taught graphic illustrator from Melbourne, Australia. In a competition open to gamers and content creators of many different talents, Sader has stood out among the very best of them with his extraordinary designs and undeniable talent. His content creating days started back in 2012, editing gameplay inspired by FaZe. From there, he fell in love with photo manipulation, which further influenced him to eventually pursue graphic illustration. Sader is heavily inspired by FaZe Banks, FaZe Temperr, and rapper Machine Gun Kelly for their individuality and passion in chasing their dreams. It is with the same tenacity that the Aussie illustrator looks to chase his dreams of creating art as a career and inspiring a new generation of artists to do the same.
Some of Gooden’s other biggest goals include giving back to his family and making them proud, and making friendships that last a lifetime.
