Atlanta FaZe Defeats Los Angeles Guerillas In CDL Group B Opening Match

Atlanta FaZe was the biggest favorite after Dallas Empire in the 2020 Call of Duty League season. The Atlanta representative made it to the finals but couldn’t lift the trophy. This year, it started strong once again and swept the Los Angeles Guerillas in a one-sided series.

Game 1

Los Angeles Guerillas showed a little bit of life in the first match, but Atlanta FaZe had no trouble closing out the Hardpoint map by a score of 250-156. Arcitys and Cellium secured 53 kills combined.

Game 2

Both teams played their hearts out in the second game, which was SnD. The score was 4-4, but from that point, Atlanta FaZe sat behind the wheel and won the game 6-4. Arcitys’ performance was phenomenal, collecting a score of 2275.

Game 3

The last match was pretty close; Atlanta FaZe got a 2-0 lead, but the Guerillas managed to win the third round, showing some competitive spirit. However, FaZe closed out the game in the fourth round.

Arcitys was absolutely phenomenal throughout the series. On the other hand, the Los Angeles Guerillas played their hearts out but couldn’t get the win.
